How to pay your taxes ONLINE!!!
Tax payments by credit card or e-check can be made at www.adamscountylandrecords.com.
Once you get to the Adams County Web Portal you will select:
“Tax and Assessment System” and ENTER the site, accepting the terms of the disclaimer.
Please click the “Accept and Sign In” below the “Guest Sign In” option. That will lead you to the “Cart”.
Go to the left-hand side (on a desktop) or the 3 bar Menu tab (on a phone or tablet), to the magnifying glass to “Search”.
That will bring you to the multiple search fields in order to find your property. Less information is best with this system, so please only select one search field to search by. The easiest way is by your PARCEL number ONLY.
You will then see your property as a line item at the bottom of the page and select the checkbox to then “Add to Cart” followed by “View Cart”, to check out and follow through like a regular online purchase.
Credit Cards/ Debit Cards are a 2.5% fee per transaction (or a minimum of $2.95).
E-Checks are $1.50 flat fee per transactions.

Jackson Township is six-miles by six-miles square with 36 sections of land and is one of 17 towns in Adams County.
In 2000 the population was 926. As of the 2010 Census, the population is 1003. The town is essentially a combination of agriculture, woodlands and open space with glacial and man-made lakes.
